About Us

History

Steve Dawson, founder and Managing Director started the business in 1996 in a small office on the outskirts of Coventry.

With the dot.com boom of the 90's it was not long before a move to larger offices and more staff was needed, the first move saw us relocating to Warwick Row in the City centre of Coventry.

Almost 10 years later and we have relocated again, this time to our superb new offices at Walsgrave Triangle in Coventry, providing us with easy access to the motorway network from J2 of the M6 and plenty of free onsite parking. For those who know the area well we are located at the entrance to ASDA at Walsgrave, directly on the island.

After the amount of time we have been in business you would expect us to have many customers by now, and you'd be right! We have designed and built hundreds of websites over the years and Swift Solutions now hosts websites for over 1000 UK companies. We also provide technical support and install hardware and software for our customers wherever they are based.

“Customer Focus” and “Excellent Customer Service” are concepts often promised by suppliers and very rarely achieved. At Swift Solutions we understand that our customers need to concentrate on growing their business and we see ourselves as part of your business coming up with new ways of using technology to facilitate your goals and needs.

We offer our services "Jargon Free" so if you want to know the really technical stuff we are happy to talk to you in that way, generally though we find that our customers do not want to know every technical aspect of what we offer. They just want it to work! so we don’t make our customers feel silly or afraid to ask a question about I.T. as long as our customers don't make us feel silly when we ask how you make your widgets.
