This facility has been made available so you can add abooking to the system manually. Why ? If you were to run a paper system along side the website you would probably end up with double bookings. So we thought this would be a good idea to help prevent it.
To access the Add A Booking Facility, Log on to the admin area as before and navigate to the Add A Booking tab on the left hand side
In this section you will see alot of screen shots, but don't worry it is no more complicated than any other section. By taking a booking this way you will ensure you give your customers the best service and accurate dates and costs.
You will firstly need to select the room to book from the blue pull down tab on the right
As you can see we are going to book the Royal Suite
By clicking the Select Date link you will be able to pull up the calender. The dates that are unavailable are indicated in red and anything in black has already passed.
Select the number of occupants
And begin taking the booking details
Once this is done, you can then take the full payment or just advise of the deposit terms
The small check box is to finalize the booking and comfirm receipt of payment
The shot below is what you will view if the payment hasn't been received at this point
This is the shot if you have indicated you have received the payment
Once you have completed this the booking is logged as either a pending or completed.
