Log onto the admin area and navigate to the Menu Editor tab on the left hand side
Once you have clicked this tab you will be presented with the following options
Notice Number 7 is blank ! This is how you create a new page
(From left to right)
Column 1 = The sequence the page title appears on the left hand menu
Column 2 = The page name
Column 3 = The destination you want the tab/button to go (this is a pull down option)
Column 4 = The URL (external web page) you want the destination to be
Column 5 = Tick this box if you want the destination to open in a separate window
Column 6 = Update any changes is the equivalent of Save Changes
Column 7 = Delete Tab option
Thats about as difficult as it gets on this page, add page links, new pages, delete but most of all Update
