| Managing Categories and Links with the Menu Editor | |||
You will now see the navigation menu on the left hand side. Choose "Menu Editor" from the menu.  After selecting "Menu Editor you will be presented with the current menu layout. What you will actually be looking at are the default Categories and links below those categories. In the example below you see in the Menu Preview on the right a Category of "Property Locations" and below and again in the preview area on the right you see Links of "Portugal" "Turkey" Spain" etc The Top level "Categories" are all listed under the "Menu Editor" section in the centre of your screen.  To ADD a new category, simply type the name you want into the "Add New Category box and click the "Add New Category" button. Your new category will immediately appear in the Preview on the right. Links underneath Categories work in a similar way. Click "Edit Links" from the Menu Editor and the menu will expand to show all of the links below the category.  Creating a new link is easy. All you need to do is type a name for your new link in the first available box  Now choose from the dropdown box where you want to link to  You can either choose to link to a page within your site (see the article on creating a new page for your site) or you can link to an external website. If you wish you can also make your new link open a new window just tick the box if that is the feature you require. When you have made your choice click "Add New Link" |
