Pass your mouse over the Subscribers Tab, you will see the following drop down and click add subscribers

Select which list you want to add your subscribers to and click next.

To begin with add a couple of your friends or colleagues manually. To do this, choose Add Subscriber.

Enter the subscribers email address, preferred format and as they are a new subscription leave the status at Confirmed.
If you are setting up a practice campaign and will only be sending out emails to your self, we would always recommend that you find a alternative address than the one you have registered as the list owners email address (section 1). If you don’t the system can throw an error and not deliver all of the message. Web Based mail i.e. Google Mail or Hotmail will be adequate.
Once you have completed this section you can either Save or Save And Exit.
Obviously if you have hundred’s or thousand’s of contacts to add to your campaign this method wouldn’t be particularly cost effective.
