Property types are the construction types. This is used as when you add a listing you have the full range of proprty types on a pull down menu
Typically they will be;
- Semi Detached Bungalow
- Detached Bungalow
- Detached House
- Semi Detached House
- Terraced House
- Mews House
- Maisonette
- Studio Flat
- Flat
- Barn Conversion
To update the property types on your site, log onto the admin area
Then select Property Types
Add, delete or edit just make sure you Update when you have finished.
